Processing range: width ≤ 6.5 "or width ≤ 9.0", diameter 16 "or 20"
Applicable equipment: 630t hydraulic press
Product accuracy: end diameter jump ≤ 0.8mm
Mold characteristics: The shrinkage basin body is embedded with wear-resistant lining plates, and adopts an inner circular conical surface structure. By replacing the shrinkage module, the shrinkage requirements of different types of rims are achieved. The mold is equipped with a centralized lubrication system to lubricate the sliding working parts. The raw materials for the mold core are commonly Cr12MoV, and the vacuum heat treatment hardness is above HRC60
