Mold Features: The cone adopts an 18 pyramid structure, and the slider is embedded with wear-resistant strips. The expansion module is replaced to meet the expansion needs of different types of wheels. The mold is equipped with a centralized lubrication system to lubricate the sliding working parts. The raw materials for the mold core are commonly used as Cr12MoV, and the vacuum heat treatment hardness is above HRC60
