1. Automatic feeding and unloading device
The automatic feeding mechanism runs through the entire process of the production line, connecting the entire production line as a whole. This automatic feeding device is used from the beginning of the flat plate deburring and rolling to the end of the entire production line, including the final unloading. The automatic unloading device is also used, without the need for manual loading and unloading, which not only saves manpower but also improves efficiency. The entire production line adopts an automatic feeding device, and the product is processed from raw materials to forming in one go.
2. Digital Distributed Control System for Rim Production Line
The fully automatic steel wheel production line developed by our company adopts a fully digital distributed control system, which is suitable for controlling various complex machining tasks. This system unifies the management of workshop equipment by a single computer, which can be used to call up the real-time situation of each device at any time and observe the working status of each device at any time. At the same time, the production line has a multi-level safety alarm function, and the computer can accurately display every alarm on the production line in real time, reminding workshop management personnel of which equipment has malfunctioned and which equipment needs maintenance. 3. Automatic detection technology
Our company has developed a fully automatic steel wheel production line for rim airtightness and runout detection, which has evolved from traditional production line system sampling to full inspection. It not only detects the quality of each product, but also collects real-time data during the product processing process into the system, thereby monitoring and tracking the product parameters and process flow throughout the entire process, effectively ensuring product quality and improving product qualification rate. The detailed information of the wheel rim can be queried in the database at any time, and each production process can monitor its quality problems in real-time.
4. Innovate processing techniques, reduce energy consumption, and save raw materials
The fully automatic steel wheel production line developed by our company fully adopts new processes, which not only improves work efficiency but also highly realizes equipment automation. For example, traditional valve punching machines only have one workstation and need to be equipped with a deburring machine, which requires a combination of two devices. Our company's developed valve punching process uses a rotating six workstation automatic punching process, which integrates feeding, flattening, punching, deburring, and cutting, achieving a high degree of equipment automation. The welding head of the welding machine can provide 360 degree rotation or skip welding options, and can automatically raise and lower the welding height.
5. Use a computer industrial image recognition system to recognize the wheel rim

It comprehensively applies modern CNC technology, computer technology, and automated material transportation technology, and is controlled and managed by a computer. It can achieve that a device can adjust without stopping the machine after processing a part, and automatically convert and process another part according to computer instructions. Not only does it reduce the manpower required for manual recognition, but it also avoids errors that may occur during the process. The recognition accuracy is high and the speed is fast, greatly improving the production line speed and product quality.
6. Combining advanced technologies such as computer hydraulic system and speed compensation system to improve positioning accuracy, ensure product quality, and improve production efficiency
The fully automatic steel wheel production line developed by our company improves traditional equipment by applying advanced technologies such as hydraulic systems and speed compensation systems, making the equipment's performance more comprehensive and its application range more extensive. For example, adding an auxiliary roller at the feeding end of a three roll rounding machine plays a positioning role, allowing the sheet to automatically align during the feeding process and obtain accurate position in its width direction, ensuring the process quality of high-end products.
